I don't know how I became this way. I speculate it as being some kind of cosmic anomalous phenomenon. I've read many comic books and this is actually a quite common occurrence. Powers are bestowed on mere mortals from forces beyond human comprehension. This is the situation in my case. Much like Hal Jordan, the Green Lantern of Sector 2814, I was chosen and transformed. Transformed not into an emerald power ring wearing intergalactic peace keeper from the planet Oa, but transformed into a strange visitor from another planet. Able to leap tall buildings in a single boun... no wait...
